Altar Boys And Covenant Girls
Altar Boys & Covenant Girls Training, South East Region
The training for the Altar Boys & Covenant Girls of the South East Region took place at the Philadelphia Mar Thoma Church on Saturday, October 4, 2014 for parishes in Staten Island, New Jersey & Pennsylvania, and on Saturday, February 7, 2015 at the Mar Thoma Church of Greater Washington, for parishes in Maryland & Virginia. The sessions were conducted according to the syllabus, and were led in Philadelphia by Rev. M.E. Shaji, Rev. Dennis Abraham, Rev. Binu C. Samuel, and Mr. George Mathew (St. Thomas MTC, PA), and for Washington, Rev. Dennis Abraham, Rev. Alex Kolath, and Rev. Thomas Samuel. Around 50 youths attended in Philadelphia, and 20 students in Washington. Special thanks to the various parishes for hosting the training program.
